Kate’s coaching offers bespoke instruction for models and businesses to start or level up their personal and business brands to attract and secure more clients, and expand their online presence and social media influence.
Students and clients have the opportunity to access the combined working knowledge from 10+ years working as a Model and 15+ years working as a Business Consultant in marketing, graphic design, communications and social media strategy fields.
+ How is this Model course different from others?
The Model Masterclass offers a world first in Model training and education for three primary reasons:

Kate is focused on empowering the next generation of models through her unique business perspective; inspiring a new trend that success in the industry doesn’t have to cost your health, compromise your self worth or sacrifice your personal values. The Model Masterclass consists of online learning and bespoke Model and Business Branding coaching services. The signature online course ‘How To Become a Model’ is a comprehensive online tutorial for everything you need to start and build your Model career, the professional way, the first time. Created for all aspiring Models, no matter your background or experience level, with a step-by-step blueprint to learn and develop your unique gifts, to establish yourself as an authentic creative. You have the ability to immediately fast track your Model career by learning essential model life skills, industry etiquette, how to create and maintain your personal brand, leverage your social media and influence to attract the right clients, land an Agent, build your portfolio, secure media and establish public relations, and most importantly develop lasting self-confidence and financial independence along the way.

+ What are Kate’s qualifications to support this training?
Kate holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts majoring in Digital Design & Photography, an Advanced Diploma Graphic Design, an Advanced Diploma Leadership & Management, and an Advanced Diploma of Business. Her work experience includes 15+ years working as a business consultant in the marketing, design & arts sectors in Australia, the United States of America and The United Kingdom, 10+ years working as a professional model, 15+ years mentoring teenagers as an Instructor in the Australian Air Force Cadets, and 5+ years working as a Model Coach with students aged 15-55 from all walks of life.

+ Who is this online course for?
Beginner and intermediate level models who want to start out in the industry, the right way, the first time. Our online course content is suitable and age appropriate for ages 15+, any gender, and no prior experience is necessary. If you are under the age of 18, please get approval by a parent or guardian to purchase this course.
+ What is your position on inclusivity and diversity?
Our students are from all walks of life. Kate is an introverted empath with a creative disposition and The Model Masterclass has been created with Kate’s core values as the foundation. + What are the benefits of completing The Model Masterclass?
You’ll be fully equipped on all facets of the model industry that would otherwise take you years to learn on your own, and be able to make a start on turning those dreams into a reality. It’s a cost-effective investment in YOU and your career.
+ What do I need to complete the course?
The Model Masterclass courses are best completed on a laptop, desktop, or iPad/Tablet, with steady and consistent access to the Internet. You’ll need an email address to enrol in the course, and we recommend using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome to access our student portal. We recommend using 1 device to register and login each time, as we have security measures in place to protect our IP and ensure multiple logins on multiple devices don’t occur.
+ How long will it take to complete the course?
The course is entirely online, and designed to be self paced. You can binge it all in a few of hours (however long it takes you to read, download content & take notes on the items you need to action), or you can spend an hour per week until complete! The choice is yours.
+ Is this course sponsored or affiliated with an Agency, Brand, or Business?
All of our online course content and coaching is 100% independent and authentic. The only person benefiting is you.
+ Can I hear from other students?

+ How do you accept payments?
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal or mobile payment (Apple Pay or Google Pay). In some cases, your bank may require you to authorise your credit card payment. If so, a pop-up window will appear prompting you for additional information to authorise the payment with your bank.
+ Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! At checkout you are able to select ‘PayPal Pay in 4’. This will enable you to pay for the online course over 4 payments.
+ How much is The Model Masterclass?
The ‘How To Become a Model’ online course is $2,000. This course is entirely self-paced and you will have full access to the lifetime of the program, including all updates and upgrades. Online coaching varies on the length and content of the service. You can view this at the time of booking via the Coaching page.
+ If this isn’t for me, can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this product, and instant access to its entirety, we do not offer refunds. Please view our Terms & Conditions prior to payment if you have any reservations.
+ Online learning doesn’t suit me. What if I’d like tailored model advice specific for me?
You have the option to book in for a personalised coaching session at a day/time of your choosing. Refer to FAQs in the next section.

+ What are the benefits of personalised coaching?
Personalised coaching enables you to have those burning questions answered (openly + honestly) with Kate, who’ll bring her candid life experience and professional expertise as a model, graphic designer, business social media + marketing specialist (+ mother)!
Each bespoke coaching session is detailed and personalised to YOU to help you start or build your model, pageant or business brand. All appointments are designed to be relaxing and uplifting, with the focus on increasing your level of modelling education and awareness around the industry, so you can make powerful shifts in your habits, routines and mindset moving forward.
+ Who are your coaching sessions for?
Aspiring models, any gender and experience level, aged 15+ who would like more personalised Model coaching. Having access to a Model Coach enables you to fast-track your Model career.
+ What are your requirements for minors?
Kate has a current Working With Children’s Check (NSW, Australia) and has been coaching/mentoring teenagers since 2003. Minors 15-17 are legally obliged to have a chaperone (1 adult parent/guardian) attend the coaching session with you.
+ How do I need to prepare before my coaching session?
You will need to have an email address that you have regular access to. You need this to purchase your 1:1 coaching session. This same email address will also be used to send reminder emails for our coaching session(s) and to also send further resources. We recommend that you use a personal email address (not a work, school or university email or joint email that you share with someone else). If you don’t have a personal email, please set up a Google Gmail account.
You will need to download ‘Zoom‘ to your device prior to booking. It is preferred if you join the coaching session on a desktop or laptop (not an iPad, tablet or mobile/cell). You will need to have an active, working camera and audio speaker. Depending on your environment, we can also recommend you use suitable headphones to communicate and listen efficiently.
Please pre prepare for your 1:1 coaching session by having a list of questions you’d like answered, and outline any goals that you’d like help or support to achieve. This will ensure we make the best use of time and you walk away feeling less overwhelmed and more motivated about your Model future, equipped with specific goals to work on.
+ How long are the coaching sessions?
Each coaching session is for 1 hour, held via Zoom, at a day/time of your choosing. Once a valid payment is received, you will be emailed the Zoom link and calendar invitation. From this link, you’ll be able to choose the day and time that best suits you with Kate’s availability.
+ How do I schedule my appointment?
Once a valid payment is received you’ll receive further instructions to your email on how to book a day and time. You will easily be able to select a coaching session in your timezone. We are solutions orientated so if you don’t see a day/time that works for you, please reach out and let us know: coach@kateheussler.com
Please ensure you use a current personal email address that you have access to. It is recommended that you check your Spam folder just in case.
+ What if I make a booking and can’t make it?
We understand that sometimes ‘life happens.’ We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or last minute cancellation. However you will be able to reschedule for a new day/time of your choosing within 6 months of your original booking. All students receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to their coaching session. Please reschedule your session using the link found on this email (or from the original booking email). To be eligible to reschedule your coaching session, you will need to change the day/time with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid disappointment.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Coaching session cancellations with more than 24hrs notice are eligible to rebook for a new session within 6 months of the original booking, pending calendar availability. Please contact Kate via email to organise this. Coaching sessions that are cancelled within 24hrs, or are no-shows, will require a new booking and payment to proceed.
+ Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of Model or business coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again at a new day/time that suits you.
+ Is personalised Model coaching essential?
Absolutely not. Most of our students first enrol in The Model Masterclass ‘How To Become a Model’ online course and as they progress through their Model career, then book in for 1:1 coaching to level up their existing knowledge base. Individual coaching is typically to tackle specific goals for your circumstances and situation, and not a necessity to start your Model career.
+ If this isn’t for me, can I get a refund?
Due to the bespoke nature of coaching sessions, personalised coaching services are not refundable.
